1. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 200 countries worldwide. However, there are a few locations we’re unable to ship to. If you place an order from one of those countries, we will contact you directly.

2. What happens if my package is lost or missing?
If the incorrect address was provided during checkout, North Sapphire is not liable for lost packages. Please ensure your billing and shipping information is accurate. If we made an error, we’ll take full responsibility and resend your order at no extra cost.

3. Do I have to pay customs or import duties?
Customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. By purchasing from us, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may be subject to customs duties upon arrival.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times vary by location. Here’s a general estimate:

  • United States: 3–10 business days
  • Canada, Europe: 3–10 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 5–14 business days
  • Central & South America: 10–14 business days
  • Asia: 8–21 business days
  • Africa: 15–21 business days

Please note: These estimates exclude our 1–5 business day processing time. Delivery times may also be delayed due to customs or supply shortages.

5. Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use it to monitor your package’s progress at any time.

6. My tracking number isn’t showing any info. What should I do?
Sometimes it takes 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear. If it’s been more than 5 business days since your order and there’s still no tracking info, please contact us and we’ll look into it.

7. Will all my items arrive together?
Not always. For logistical reasons, items from the same order may be shipped in separate packages—even if you requested combined shipping.
